Its a very basic question in philosophy. What actually exist - and can we prove it.
"I think, therefore I am" first known to be published by René Descartes, is the classic proof of our existence.
Unfortunately, proving other things exist appeared to be at least a bit (if not a lot) more difficult. Multiple papers and books have been written on these kinds of questions over the last several centuries.
Is it normal to question and be puzzled about when I think "I exist"?

I suggest that you take a philosophy class. College level "Introduction to Philosophy" is actually suitable for most high school students.
Or start researching "Philosophy" on the internet and find out all the various things they debate and research.
Perhaps I should have said hundreds if not thousands of books or papers; which is certainly the case.
