Is it normal to put vodka in chocolate milk?

    I don't know exactly how the alcohol laws work as it's legal in the US but states and local governments can ban it. I happen to live in a dry city (no alcohol sales). I drive 12 miles to the closest liquor store. Many places have much bigger dry areas than this.

    Our high alcohol content drinks are actually generally cheaper than normal beers and liquors. I can get a 198 proof 750ml grain alcohol for $15. The vodka is generally 40%. Beer is 5 to 8 % normally and the higher (12% or so) malt liquor, but some states limit beers/wines to 3.2%. Some states allow beer and wine to be sold at convenience stores while othets demand it be sold at a liquor store.
