What film is it? I think it’s pretty normal, in fact it’s something I see myself doing, for me if it’s a big movie or a classics or one of my absolute favourites I will put it off until later like a weekend night like you said, or wait till a long weekend perhaps where I may have more time to cook my favourite meal.
If i have had a really good working week with longer hours etc that is another scenario I would wait for, that’s exactly how I view it and yes I understand the little voice nagging away haha, so yes it’s normal in my opinion.
