Is it normal to pull “all nighters” on weekends?

Like every Saturday and Sunday—I just stay up whole night and don’t fall asleep til like 5:30am or 6:00am??? Please tell me that’s normal????

I'm an insomniac, so almost every single night is like this.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Although on certain Friday nights I'll intentionally stay up all night and try to have some fun again by playing video games or some shit that won't wake up the roommate and neighbors (Basically just remote play)

I do the same, I'm not sure it's normal though.

If you have to work or study during normal waking hours for the rest of the week, it's not a great thing to do since it disturbs your brain's normal waking-sleeping rhythm.

If you're young, you can get away with this to some extent, but I bet you're at least a little thick-headed during the day on Monday and Tuesday.

Strangely, you can also get away with it if you're older. I'm in my sixties, I don't have to work, and I go to sleep and wake up whenever I need to. Five hours of sleep a night seems to be what I need at the moment.

Not healthy at all, especially back to back days. Also probably not normal.
