      Yea, this only happens to me after drinking too much alcohol. It seems like the vomit comes up with so much force that it just leaves through every facial orifice. You can smell it for the rest of the night and sometimes until the next day.

    Yep. Usually copiuos amounts of alcohol or opiates are involved.

    Yes, a few times. I vomit a lot (a few times a week) and that has only happened a handful of times though.

    Yeah. It's when you have opened your mouth to late to vomit, so it travels up the other pipe available and that goes to your nose :/ not nice. Its happened to me :/

    It's unpleasant as hell and the smell sticks in your nose terribly.

    I've had cola leak out of my nose i guess that is the closest thing it really stings like a motherbastard.
