Is it normal to puke after using a gravity bong for the first time

I'm a daily smoker, and I smoke alot, and I feel sick every time I use a GB, they are just way too potent, and the smoke tastes 'stale' even after a few seconds if you dont get the cap off fast enough, plus I don't really care for the smoke being forced into my mouth, so yea its totally understandable that you got sick, GBs are harsh.

You should try smoking house insulation. Tell us how that goes.
