Is it normal to prefer dark meat?

I prefer dark meat on chicken and turkey over white meat. I find it more tender and better flavored (I like white meat too, but dark's even better). I love on Thanksgiving dark turkey meat covered in gravy and stuffing. Yum!πŸ˜€

White turkey with gravy and stuffing is still good, dark's just even better. Some Christmases, I've had honey glazed ham, others turkey just like Thanksgiving, a couple times, both. Couple other times, a buffet restaurant. Trying to remember what I've eaten each Thanksgiving and Christmas in my 42 years. Ah, food memories πŸ˜‹
