I regularly post nude pictures and videos of my fiance and ex-girlfriends on various porn sites and also send them to guys on whisper. I also send them to guys I meet on chat lines and have been sending them to a girl I met that lives only a mile from us. Am I abnormal for wanting other men and women to see her and jack off to her? She is beautiful!!!
There otta be a law! I'm not into indiscriminate laws and legal shit, but posting pics of other people w/o their permission should be a very stiff felony, say minimum 5 year sentence. Then cretins like the OP could ruminate on their misdeeds while the whole cell block was using their butt hole for a sperm receptacle.
Agreed that there should be legal recourse, such as a hefty fine and community service or a custodial sentence too.
But 5 years?! Your home country already has the highest incarceration rate in the world (almost 1% of the US population is behind bars). 5 years for something like this is ridiculous, in my opinion.
If someone posted naked pics of someone you love and it caused them a great deal of distress, if not worse, I think 5 years would be a fair sentence. As for the other, I'm well aware of those figures and as far as I'm concerned, they could probably release 35 or 40% without endangering anyone other than those making a great deal of money off our penal system.
Maybe we have different ideas about appropriate sentences. Five years of someone's life for something like this is cruel and draconian, in my opinion. Seems totally out of proportion to the seriousness of the offence.
People usually get less than that for breaking in to someone's house and stealing their stuff; which, as I'm sure you know, can cause a great deal of emotional distress and anxiety during and after the fact for the victim(s).
I can also foresee problems proving that the person who produced the images intended them to only be viewed privately, and that the receiver of the images was aware of this.
Anyway, my point is I think there are plenty of methods to make the person in the wrong regret sharing the images without shoving them behind bars for five years, or at all even. The money saved from keeping people out of prison for such an offence would be better spent on public awareness campaigns about the risk of sharing explicit pictures with people.
Speaking from personal experience, I sent a naughty picture to a girlfriend once when I was 18.
If she shared that online, I would be pretty embarrassed and upset. But there's no way on Earth I'd want her locked up for it for 5 years! Her life would be destroyed, possibly irreparably.
Prevention would come from a) raising public awareness of the risks of sharing intimate, private images and b) the deterrent of a real and enforced punishment proportionate to the offence, like fines and community service - possibly short-term custodial sentences (3 months or so).
Could also look at making it a sexual offence, with repeat offenders finding themselves on the sex offenders register or similar. Sexual crimes often carry a certain extra weight that comes from the social stigma attached.
Just not 5 years in prison! :P
It would only be OK if she gave you permission to do with those images whatever you wish.
If not, then your presumption should be that she wishes to keep them private; just between you two.
You should have discussed this with her first. Not doing so was a very cuntish thing to do and you should feel ashamed.

I'm also pretty sure that in most western countries while its legal to make the pics n vids with her consent, distributing them without her consent is an act of trespass and means u'r breaking the law. TBH u fucking deserve prison for that shit!
EXTREMELY wrong. That is exploitation of her body. How do you think she would feel if she found out? That would betray her trust and she would question the entire relationship. You better hope that a) she doesn't find out, or your ass is dumped and she is scarred with some HUGE trust issues, or b) she's into kinky shit like that. Of course I would!!! Many of the pictures I share are of us having sex (her giving me blow jobs or me fucking her). I also send nude pics of me.....so, yes, I would love it if she shared my pics. I should add that she likes exhibitionism....we have sex in cabs and in the bathrooms and on the balcony....I don't think she would mind me sharing but I don't want to risk it...and I get really turned on that she doesn't know.
