There is this strange thing happening to me for the past three months. Whenever i go to the bathroom to give out my loads ( masturbate ), after i cum, i always urinate. Is it normal or should i go to a doctor?

For males, it is normal.
after i fap, i sort of lie in bed (at night) eventually i realise that i really need to piss, even though i just did, like half an hour ago. i think it's just the muscles releasing and not holding the piss back properly.

AFAIK, it's more likely in females than males.
It's damn near impossible for males to piss right after coming. There would have to be a short break in between.
The boner is supposed to shut of that valve in order to prevent piss from coming out when the semen does.
It would, however, be possible to urinate a few seconds later when the penis begins going softer again.
On another note, It's possible that a full bladder made you feel a bit horny and lead you masturbate in the first place, thus explaining the need to urinate right after.
