Is it normal to pick your nose as an adult?

Yes. I picked up the habit from my dad. But I haven't eaten my boogers since I was like 6, I just pick my nose and wipe it on a napkin or something else thats disposable. I try not to just flick it away or wipe it on a chair or something because thats nasty and rude and wrong.

If you don't stop, you'll become like my dad. He's 60 and still picks his nose and puts his hand down his pants. It's okay to pick your friends, but not to pick your nose!

Just make sure you stop before the back of your head caves in!

I think it's normal, but it's one of those socially unacceptable things that people try to hide from others. I pick my nose all of the time in the privacy of my room.

Unfortunately, I still do.
