    Paying for sex isn't a mental illness, but as you seem to think it is, why jail? He's not committing a crime, there are no victims involved, it's a commercial transaction between two consenting adults and nobody's business

      Depends on where you live . Obviously morals and character are not practiced in your justification.

        What is immoral or lacking in character about a consensual commercial transaction between adults? I think you mean jurisdiction? If so, to me morals are about harming others and character is about having ethics in how one treats other people.

        On what do you base your morals?
