I don't think doing something to eat less is any good if you already eat healthy. I've seen those body shaper and I think they can be good if you are wearing something fancy, like a dress, but that can't be healthy to use regularly either?
Well maybe you need smaller portions. You can eat too much of healthy foods. Meaning you might still be healthy but you gain extra weight. It could also be lack of sleep and lack of exercise. There is also certien foods that make you gain weight like pasta and whole grain. So might want to cut some of those out of your diet. It also could be the combination of foods you are eating.
Yes, of course it depends on what a person prefers. Personally I'd prefer to "do it the natural way" but I wouldn't mind gaining a little either. xD
But I used to always pull in my stomach when I was younger, I didn't feel fat, just not good enough I guess.
Is it normal to permanently suck in your stomach?
