I'm an 18yr old man who happens to like putting on a wig, make-up, panties, bra, blouse, skirt, tights, high heels and shaves all my leg, arm and facial hair and tie myself up multiple ways for different amounts of time.

    Why not? I do not see any reason why you should not do it. Personally, I do not have these urges but I think I can see several possible ways how it can be sexually arousing to someone. It is something which is appealing to you and it has its reasons. I would say it is OK. No need to panic and no need to stop doing it or denying yourself the pleasure you derive from it.
