I'll tell yah what. I would say no. Your urethra (Where you pee out) is located at the entrance of your vagina. If you are comfortable with your body, you can see and feel it. Watching yourself pee can help you locate it to further explore its where abouts. It being at the entrance of the vagina, if a mans penis is inside the vagina, it will generally be blocking the urethra. If he is inside, but moved in a certain way, she could possibly leak urine, but fully peeing isn't possible.

It's physiologically impossible for a guy to pee while aroused. There's a flap that either covers the urinal tract or seminal tract based on how aroused a guy is. For women it's very possible.

Some girls can pee during sex. Some girls that feel like they have to pee during sex, end up squirting. Some people can't pee during sex. It really depends on your body.
