    That type of magnesium supplement also gives some people diarrhea.

      Depending on the dose yeah. If it guves you diarrhea take less mg the next day

        My mom has had a prescription for magnesium for leg cramps, but it gives her diarrhea.

          I didnt know they gave prescriptions for that. It was probably high MG. She can buy it over the counter. She should just take like 100mg and magnesium citrate a day. That shouldn't give her any diarrhea. They probablu gave her like 2,000mg.
