It is not quite normal, but I think having a towel that smells like pee is not too bad, I like that smell.

Please go to the bathroom, if you tell your parents you need to use the restroom and they still yell and tell you that you can't, then they're being neglectful and you should still use the restroom. If you're a girl I'd imagine you could get an infection or this could become a bad habit.

Try not to drink so much before you go to bed and go to bed earlier so there's less chance of you needing to get up in the night. Sounds to me like you could have a bladder problem though if you're needing to get up in the middle of the night to pee though... But whatever the case, try not to drink too much about twenty minutes before you go to bed and got to the toilet beforehand.
