That's not too common. Most people don't enjoy sore skin from chafing ('nappy' rash), stinking of piss and having a large visible wet patch on their clothes.
There's a lot of porn focused on it, but it always seemed to me the sexual attraction tends to reside in the voyeur, not in the person peeing. But hey, it's natural, as long as you're not washing in it and guzzling it down I'm sure you can live an otherwise normal existence :P
