You don't tell if you are male or female. But I know for certain that there are women who get turned on by socially unaccepted habits like deliberately wetting themselves or by deliberately holding in their pee until the point of losing their bladder control. Some women combine masturbation with peeing in their panties. Milder forms are certainly not uncommon, for example women who (possibly even unconsciously) find their need to pee pleasurable, so just wait for no visible reason longer than necessary before they use the toilet in the end.
