It's not unhygeinic in a way, unless you piss at the very end of the shower, if you tinkle before you wash yourself, it just goes down the drain and you end up cleaning yourself.
I personally do not plan ahead with my shower pissing, nor do I do it on a regular occasion, it has happened a few times, those being instances where I was sick and I couldnt hold it so I just tinkled a very bit, and the other was when I was drunk, but also...I fell while pissing, on my back and somehow ended up pissing in my hair, needless to say, after that sobering experience, I freaked out, cried a bit, cringed and ended up taking two (2) showers...I...sense I've shared too much, LOL~!
