      A DUTCHBAG... Hahaha I just pictured some stoned guy in wooden shoes with his ball sack hanging out!!! If I concentrate I can see the sunlight reflecting off all those blond pubes on his balls amid a sea of tulips; windmills turning in the background.

      But yes, a person who parties too much is a Douchebag. Also it makes a person look old before their time. Check out Lindsey Lohan.
