    You didn't ask if it was wrong, you asked if it was normal. Let's turn to my favorite unscientific method of assessing popularity, Google.

    dildo: 110,000,000 results
    dog penis dildo: 13,700,000 results
    inflatable knot dildo: 302,000 results

    I think we can all agree dildos are normal, and dog penis dildos are apparently on the order of 1/10 as popular as dildos in general (doubt that's true, but let's move on) so not really abnormal. But inflatable knot dildos are only 1/45 as popular as dog penis dildos or 1/364 as popular as dildos.
