Is it normal to ovulate while on the pill?

I have been on the pill for over four years, and I still ovulate quite frequently. It stains my underwear and is causing me a great deal of discomfort.

Is It Normal?

    Birth control isn't supposed to make you ovulate.

    It stops it, and I'm pretty sure that your body still goes on with shooting that crap out without the egg.

    Because it happens to me even though I'm on depo, and I don't have a period.

    Then again, what do I know. Go to a doctor.

    It's called spotted bleeding, try the nuva ring it's tge best I've tried tge shot the pill and nuva kicks ass

    yea, lots of women get pregnant on the pill. IUDs are good because you dont have to worry about taking a pill everyday

    Yeah I agree. You need to try a different strength or maybe a pill with a little different medication. For example if you're taking a 1/35 switch to 1/20.
