Maybe you are ashame to eat before them because you are over-weight. My little sister is the same. She barely eats when around people. Once we went to a restaurant and she ordered just a drink. ANother time we were having fried rice and somebody came and she just stopped eating.
Is it normal to over eat alone but hardly eat at all around people
