could just be your prepuce is really sensitive and you are really sensitive down there. Im guessing you arent circumcised because removing the foreskin would desensitize your penis a bit and give you the ability to control yourself better without having to think of your grandma in a thong or any odd solution people give out.
There are desensitizing creams and spray which are real cheap $10 or so and they can help you go longer. That's the quickest fix i can think of. You could get circumcised if you aren't already. last resort, get one of those karma sutra/tantric sex books and practice all that breathing exercises and shit lol. so yea thats just advice.
