Is it normal to orgasm from cleaning/rubbing inside ears

Sorry if this is too graphic and weird but every time I put my finger in my ear, my nether regions (in the front) tingle. I'm a 21 year old female and digging in my ears has always felt really good to me since I was very young. Sometimes when I clean earwax out, I close my eyes and I can feel myself about to have an orgasm. I will just rub the inside walls of my ears for 5 minutes and I just can't stop. Are the inside of ears an erogenous zone?? I know that people will think that this is a troll question but I'm 100 percent serious! I also get the same feeling with the middle soles of my feet.
