Is it normal to only use the hot tub when its snowy out?

I've only ever been in hot tubs when it's winter and there's snow all around. Always at night too. When I told my friends, they were flabbergasted and kept calling me a Slav.

Is this something other people do? Thanks

    Totally normal. I have only ever used them in the winter. Why would you want to sit in hot water when it's already hot outside?

    Outdoor hot tubs are an excellent way to enjoy the winter. However, my jacuzzi is inside to save energy.

    Seems more normal. I lived in FL and would use hot tubs in the summer time there and they did not feel hot enough to me even then.
