Is it normal to only have to work 8 hrsx5 days & still end up dead tired?

Other people have kids or school or other stuff keeping them busy. They have energy for all of that and working 8 hrs x 5 days a week. Just holy hell how? I literally faint myself asleep by Friday.

The way it is now if I had kids I wouldn’t want to also keep working. I can’t imagine actually wanting to do both? When do you even sleep? Or have any fun at all?

Some people naturally have more energy than others. The human body isn't built to work 5 days straight, there are entire studies done on this but most countries do not care. They want to maintain wealth and see their citizens as money signs.

Or it's the easiest way to do logistics and roadwork. The 8 hour shift was invented to replace the standard 12 hour shift, because of the invention of the lightbulb factors could now work 24/7 businesses didnt have to run from dusk to dawn because of lighting. 8 hour shifts are more efficient for workplace productivity because now you have 3 shifts in a day. Now you only have to work for 30% of the day usually as well as get weekends off for some jobs or have schedules you can work out with the shift manager.

You need to work on your cardio. When my cardio is shit im like that I have no energy. When Im driving trucks 5 days a week I get really fatigued and lazy. When I work physical labor 5 days a week and also jog I have way more energy. Its not always about how much you work its about the shape ur in.

That’s sounds like a lot. I work 18 hours a week and have college classes and I’m tired by that.
