Sounds like you're cruisin for some serious kidney problems. I knew an old lady who did that, mainly because she was homeless but would only use an actual restroom and at night most of the places with public restrooms are closed. She went to her doctor and her kidneys are damaged from doing this.
You need to quit this and tell your doctor about all of this the next time you see him.
