Is it normal to only brush your teeth with a non-fluoride toothpaste?

After I dyed my hair purple and before I shampooed and conditioned my hair with shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair (L'oreal Elvive), I used a newly bought wooden toothbrush brushing my teeth with a non-fluoride toothpaste (I read the ingredients, there's no fluoride in it). Fluoride is poisonous and I never believed in putting poison on my teeth, it had to be non-toxic, take out the "non-" and it can make you sick. Is that normal?

Fluoride is good for your teeth. Whether it's a good idea to put it in the water supply that you drink is a matter of debate, but in toothpaste that you spit out it's fine.

Have fun getting sick from such a poison in the toothpaste, then, I hope it makes you very sick!

Non-Fluoride toothpaste is difficult to find, but read this:

Good for you, what salt is it? Epsom salts, sodium chloride, or bicarb soda, or what?

Nice! But sea salt is a bit too acid (ow, owwww! hurts my throat), I'm having physical problems.
