Maybe they weren't really interested to begin with and just wanted to play around with you?
Maybe you did something or something about your personality just wasn't right with these guys. You may not even notice it but unconsciously maybe you are doing something to drive them away?
Or possibly you are picking the type of guys who aren't serious and have this hit it and quit it mentality? You might just be choosing guys who aren't good for you. Without knowing you personally it's hard to say.
