I'm married to a French. I love all the cultural sides - the food, the cheese, the wine, the arts. I also admire their argumentative nature, their dedication to defence of all things beautiful to be preserved and their utmost quality of finding the truth in science, history and philosophy. BUT THEY ARE SUCH SMUGS!!!! They all think they're right all the time. They can be so annoyingly arrogant the word "humble" is probably isn't in their dictionary. And they don't understand the concept. And their welfare system just incentivise people to be lazy. Well, guess all cultures have pros and cons.
Is it normal to obsessively admire the French?
