Is it normal to observe so much at a young age to be a philosipher?

A post like that condemning "haters" fuelled itself with so much hate, is like trying to break up a knife fight by stabbing as many partakers as possible.
Emotions and an attempt to be modest can clearly go hand in hand.
And I find the arguement of the "average" human being of our generation being ... well all those things you said, very frail and indistinct.
Looking back in history, our generations "average" human being is far more observant and morally stable than EVER before.
If not compared to our forefathers, who had nothing better to do than rape, pillage and kill each other, what else should we compare ourselves to?
No emotions and still being an angre driven person? That doesn't work either...
