Is it normal to notice this about someone peeing?

Theres times where I do the exact same thing. Moaning included sometimes. It's not an everyday thing for me. But if I have to go bad enough, yea it sounds like I'm having some kind of sexual marathon. But who's to blame? Of corse peeing feels good and it sends a sensation through Ur "business".
