Is it normal to not wear underwear when wearing yoga pants?

I started going to the gym all the time like 3 or so years ago and I never wear underwear with my yoga pants

At first I was self conscious about it - but I realize that yoga pants are supposed to be worn without underwear!

I had no idea that you were not supposed to wear underwear with yoga pants until I looked it up! Ha

Now I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and wear yoga pants almost every day and I never wear underwear with them

It's so much less hassle not fooling with underwear with yoga pants! Same reason I never wear socks with my tennis shoes to the gym either. Socks are such a hassle really. I hadn't worn any in years - then turns out my new bf tells me he has a foot fetish ? Funny stuff.

But yeah, I'm usually just wearing a sports bra, a shirt or light jacket over that, yoga pants, and tennis shoes - and that's all I need

Funny thing is I often will go around and run errands around town before or after going to the gym - just dressed like I'm at the gym or about to go - so many other women do this

So yeah I guess I do most of my grocery shopping while wearing yoga pants without underwear - heh - I never thought of it like that before
