I wouldn't do that for anyone but myself. Sometimes I do, when I wear long tight dresses. Yes, it makes me feel excited too. The open air to me, would make me feel exposed and my parts are not for the whole world to see. I wouldn't like giving easy access to anyone but I can understand how you might feel. I think it's normal.
