    Because there's no such thing as a platonic guy friend, just idiots who are unaware that the "friend zone" doesn't help you get laid. I've had several friends who fell victim to this misconception, buddying up to girls and then wondering why it didn't work.

          I definately disagree with that! I'm a straight girl and I got several straight guy friends and we're nothing more than friends.

          Allright, I have to admit, some of them are friends with benefits. But still, they're friends and not lovers. Why would that be gay?
