I said yes, and I'm a woman, just because I think it is normal. I don't actually do this.
I used to have one of those jobs where you have to wash your hands loads, before and after doing pretty much everything. So it made me very mindful about contaminants and now I can't imagine not doing it. Also I have kids and I need to lead by example. If one of them caught me not washing my hands after I'd been to the toilet then all hell would break loose.
That being said, if you go off the statistics they pump out on this, it seems that a lot of people do not wash their hands after using the toilet, and of the ones that do, most do not wash them properly. That's why I voted normal.
The exception to this is if I wake up in the middle of the night and need a wee. I don't do it then. I don't have a good explanation as to why. I just feel like it's not necessary.
