Is it normal to not wanting anything to eat for days?

For a few weeks now maybe a month or two my appetite have been doing this weird thing where I could be eating my food and not think about eating it but as soon as I think about it, like as soon as I look down at my plate my appetite disappears. And it's only getting worst because now I don't feel for any food at all, I feel hunger just not to eat the food it's like my tummy is filled yet empty at the same time. I have to force myself to eat and I can't even eat half of what I normally use to eat. I don't know what's wrong inside my body and I don't know if it's serious either so if you know, help me out please.

Either youre eating the wrong food, or you are physically or mentally ill. It could be you are eating the wrong food, either foods that upset your stomach (eg eating gluten or lactose when you actually have intolerance, or eating way too much fiber can give stomach ache). Or foods that aren't really satisfying on their own. I did have the issue with being full but not satisfied when I tried eating a vegan diet (only for a few days at a time, then I had more than enough). I recommend try making changes in your diet and see a doctor if it doesn't work or you already strongly suspect illness. I have never even managed to go 2 days without food (have gone 24 hours a few times)
