  • I seen the quote on a gaming forum, no idea were it originates from haha.

But im currently saving up money for a trip to Europe and the UK,Ive always wanted to travel and see other cultures.
I really want to visit every country eventually, pick my favorite, buy some land and have a self sufficient house. I may have to get some kind of part time (or less) job to pay for food or some other wants i may have but it wont be as mind killing as an everyday thing.
Id have to buy my own island to live the way i really want :p

    • Lol, yeah that's what I came up with when I googled it.

I'm planning (sorta planning - no actual plan) a trip too. Also, I figure that if I stay more or less on the move later, things will actually be cheaper since I would have to cut out all the crap that I don't need. I haven't gotten to the settling down part.

It seems that the more self sufficient you are, the freer you are.

Good luck with Europe and the UK :) It's funny how I live in the UK and haven't even really seen the place. That's something that's going to have to change. Are you going to travel the world by yourself then, or with others? I like the idea of going it alone, doing everything without making adjustments for others.

Your mention of islands actually gave me an idea and I was surprised to find many uninhabited islands around the uk! I bet that if someone decided to live there without telling the gov, no-one would know.
