  • It's very normal. It's human nature to not want to talk about very unpleasant things. To be honest, even though there are some things that you might not feel comfortable talking about it's actually in your best interest to discuss it with at least one person (Somebody(s) you trust of course).

    If other people are aware that you're going through something difficult they can help you in some ways where you can't help yourself. It's important to have a support channel, someone(s) you can freely talk to about your problems. Not only will you feel better but you'll also get a better feeling of security knowing that there is someone(s) there to help you physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.

    Don't let allow yourself to be abused. That burden that you have does not have to be yours alone to bear. Share it with people who care about you. That's what they're there for.
