I've never really minded what's going on down there. Whatever she's happy with. Although I did know someone briefly who had a tattoo directly above the good bits. It was really distracting when I was up close to it because my eyes kept trying to focus on the words and it made me feel like I was going cross-eyed.
Try reading a book that is pressed up against your nose, and you'll see what I mean.
