Of course it's normal idiot. Even my wife who's normally against abortion agrees hands down that we would abort a baby immediately if it was retarded, and if we had it, we'd give it up for adoption. Do you have any idea how much resources they require for a completely useless life? Think about the damage they do to the environment simply by existing. It totally fucks your life up and MORE IMPORTANTLY it is a drain on resources. They won't pass on your genes and letting them is criminal. They are a pointless drain on society. Your an extremely selfish person if you willing give birth to a retarded child.
