The vikings believed the only way to Valhalla was to die in battle. I personally have always wished to go out with guns blazing, and pray that i will someday be challenged in some great way of life and death. I wouldn't necessarily call it normal, but I would say that it is not uncommon. you sound like a /b/rother by the way.
