There are 2 main types of people I've noticed who act like that. First kind are workaholic pricks who are major worker bees themselves who don't understand anyone not like them. The second kind is anyone who's gotten tired of hearing someone complain how broke they are, and they only then give them the "get your ass a job and be responsible" attitude to get them to stop struggling and/or complaining about being broke. And they only give the worker bee attitude to whoever is having those broke issues.
