I constitute a loser as someone who does not pursue a career in what they like, they always dream about it and never accomplish goals. Most of what I constitute as "losers" are people on social security, disability or welfare because it is all they have other than children from out of wedlock marriges.
A great example of this is a person I knew well and said she is waiting for "some man" to come and take care of her with her four children all from different guys. She is also on SSI and SSDI. Personally, this is a person I think who needs to be shot. A pollutant of the planet of an attitude problem.
