I mean, losers are people too. I personally don't think it matters how successful people are, but if you are passionate about something and work for it, you are a winner.
I think that losers are people who failed to figure out what their passion is in life. It's normal to be confused but at some point if you can't figure out what makes you happy, you're going to end up a loser.
