I feel for you. I had such trouble waking up for school and early morning jobs throughout my entire life that I eventually decided to be self-employed. It was the only way I could accommodate my crazy-ass schedule. My schedule would be entirely normal for someone who lived on a planet with a 29-hour day, but on Earth, my sleep time sort of drifts around the clock in weird ways.
My best advice is to try to sleep earlier, get a ridiculously LOUD alarm clock that you put on the other side of the room so you have to get up to turn it off, and bear it until you graduate and can find something that lets you keep the schedule your body and brain want you to keep.
