Why do you feel the need to make a joke out of people's mental disorders? Im not going to be an asshole to you here, unlike everyone else, but I think it's uncalled for to make a joke about someone suffering from this type of problem.
Whether you think it's funny or not, serious mental disorders are real, and I think it would be pretty horrific to live in constant fear, under the delusion that you can't trust anyone around you, and that people are trying to kill you. I find offensive humor to be funny, but this is not funny. This person is clearly suffering and is probably miserable. Grow some empathy.
