I guess because I lost my virginity to someone I had been dating a long time and who I really cared about I felt that it was something special (cliche I know...) that everyone would want to feel.
I would NEVER want to make anyone uncomfortable, because that's a lot of what the first time is, and I guess it's easier to start enjoying things right off the bat when you aren't worried about every little thing that could seem 'wrong'.
(and to the last commenter, I AM a girl, and two of the people who didn't disclose were males, could they be intimidated by a more sexually experienced female?)
