Your personal health information is just that; personal. Just the same as someone doesn't have to disclose the fact that they have HIV or Hep B/C, you don't have to legally disclose the fact that you have HPV.
Not telling your partner comes with repercussions as you can possibly imagine; whats right, and what is preference is up to you in the end.
Thanks for that and for taking the time to say so :) - there is a huge stigma associated with these sorts of things, I don't blame people for wanting to keep private things private.
